 It was previously used and has had several modifications from its original design. Compartment size has been enlarged to 6"x12". A small porch has been added below the entrances to make them more starling-resistant. The roof has been painted white, and non-skid removable subfloors have been added to each compartment. This house does not come with a pole. You can mount it to a multi-purpose pole/rack on a cable and winch system using brackets (like this one here), or supply your own telescoping pole like this one.  Your purchase of this house is a donation to help us repair or replace current and future NCPMS colony sites!
